No, an order is generated when a consumer directly submits their deposit, or when dealers upload and finalize with receipt to the portal. These orders will drop into Navision and generate a traditional order number on the corresponding account.

Note: BoA will ship out the VIP Charter gift directly to the consumer with a backorder to the machine and launch package.When the machines arrive, the backorder will naturally ship directly to the dealer.
If your pre-order customer cancels, contact BOA Customer Service as soon as possible. As long the machine has not shipped the order can be canceled for the dealer. The machine will go to the next person inline. If the machine has shipped, you will need to work with BOA Customer Service to return the machine.
Yes, you may enter all pre-orders to qualify the customer for Charter VIP Membership program as long as you fill in all the customer information and that information matches the information on the receipt for the $1,000 deposit.
No. The machines will ship in order received (Machine reservation number in line). The program is built to get consumers their machines quickly and delight the customer.
The Dealer controls and is responsible for returns
- We state that Dealers are independently owned and operated contact your dealer for details
- If deposit is made by credit card you can (if you choose) to charge up to a 3% processing fee
- You should disclose this when you accept a deposit and in writing is best on the receipt
- If a consumer makes the deposit on their own through ecommerce
- Dealer will receive the deposit, less a 3% merchant processing fee
- The system gives the consumer 24 hours to cancel with no fees, after that they must cancel through the dealer.
- Monies will be distributed on Mondays and could take 10 days depending on the day the deposit was placed.
- We clearly communicate to the consumer all cancels must come from the dealer as they have your money
Legal Disclosure on Deposits on BoA Materials
*All deposits on the B 990 machines are refundable from the dealer you chose and gave your deposit to. All dealers are independently owned and operated. All refunds will be made by the Dealer, they receive the all deposit monies. Refunds can take up to 15 days to clear once issued depending on how the initial deposit was received. Dealers have the right, if they choose, to pass through the up to 3% fees from the credit card processor associated with taking a credit card which could reduce the amount of the refund. Please speak with your dealer regarding any questions on refunds.
You will receive an email confirmation for every customer you enter to the Charter VIP Member pre-order program. Check your email and your spam folder. If you didn’t get an email or a call from Indition, chances are information might be missing or your computer/phone/ipad may have timed out on the site. Your fastest resolution is to go to www.shop.berninausa.com and scroll to the bottom and click on Dealer Support and enter a ticket with as much information as you have. Indition will get back to you via email regarding your ticket. Remember, they are on Pacific time, if you are on the east coast, it could take a bit to hear back on an 8 am ticket.

The portal will go live at 3 PM Eastern, 2 PM Central, and 12 PM Pacific. You can at that time start entering pre-orders for the Charter VIP Member program.
